PWS Fairness and Security
The PWS is designed to be fair to persons from various cultural backgrounds, and especially to persons from various socioeconomic groups. Unlike other tests of work style, the PWS is designed to make it hard for candidates to fake. Some candidates will try to give socially desirable answers on tests of this type in order to gain employment. But the type of questions used on the PWS makes it difficult to score high by lying.
A test used for personnel selection decisions should be secure. For that reason, the PWS test questions are not available on the web.
